Shipping & Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Returns
To start a return, contact us at support@pawmore.co. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returned items should be in the same condition you received them, unused, and in their original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you need is to return the item you have and place a separate order once the return is accepted.
UK and EU cooling-off rights
If your order is shipped to the UK or the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This does not limit your rights under our 30-day return policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
